The Medical Center Leeuwarden (MCL) is a large, top clinical teaching hospital with locations in Leeuwarden and Harlingen. The MCL focuses on patients from both within and outside Friesland. MCL has been working with Provisior since April 2014. After an intensive supplier selection process, the choice was made for Provisior. The appearance, the extensive options, the price and professional knowledge of Provisior were the deciding factors. We are very satisfied with the platform.

Provisior has a team that offers professional support. New functions have recently been implemented at MCL based on the roadmap, which we as a customer have influence on.

For the employees, the speed of requesting and approving the services and products is an enormous improvement. We used to work with forms and there was a considerable turnaround time with the execution of the applications. The managers have an important role at MCL. They are in control of the process. The advantages that MCL experiences with the platform are that Provisior is very robust and transparent. The usefulness of Provisior is: you have a very clear input, workflow and output, which gives the organization peace of mind. In addition, MCL has never had any issues with availability until now.
